Construction and Manufacturing: Jody began as a Sales Executive and, within one year, rose to National Sales Manager. Within two years, he sat on the board of directors and oversaw six branches across South Africa, while simultaneously pioneering market expansion into Africa’s construction sector.

Commodities, Mining, Oil & Gas and Mining: As Managing Director, Jody established operations in South Africa, Mozambique, and Nigeria. He specialised in commodity trading, mining ventures, oil and gas exploration, and project finance sourcing. His achievements included securing joint ventures with African partners, negotiating with governments and senior executives, and acquiring significant mandates for large-scale infrastructure and energy development projects.

Strategic Investments and Energy Development: Jody secured a mandate from HI Investments (Hyundai, South Korea) to explore offshore gas projects in Mozambique. He cultivated strong relationships with the National Petroleum Institute (INP) of Mozambique, along with key government stakeholders, to advance energy exploration and infrastructure initiatives.
